Mission Statement

Central Texas College is proud to be one of the top veteran-serving colleges in the country

Central Texas College is committed to providing an affordable, accessible education whether you're at the main campus in Killeen, at one of the many military locations, or taking online courses from home. Central Texas College serves approximately 30,000 students per year worldwide, and consistently ranks high for military and veteran education.

Central Texas College is a public, open-admission community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in academic, professional and vocational/technical fields. We also help students transition from a 2-year to a 4-year degree through our many articulation agreements with 4-year institutions nationwide.

Central Texas College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees and certificates of completion, which gives you full confidence that courses you take at CTC will be eligible for Federal financial aid programs and that courses taken with CTC will transfer easily to other colleges.
